At this commercial property the owner of the business was embarrassed to let her clients walk past this stairwell.
Firstly I removed all the loose debris and repaired holes around the windows. I then performed multiple smooth overs which resulted in a new smooth surface which I was then able to paint in emulsion. I finished by glossing all white woodwork and silicone sealed around the window.
